What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Express Home Delivery:


Standard Home Delivery (9 € / Free over 125 €, 3-5 days):

We will deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.


Express Home Delivery (15 €, 1-2 days):

We also offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.


In Prague delivery is free on the next working day. our courier will contact you


How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.


Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to SOL.


Purchase returns

Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
- unworn
- unwashed


How to return:

  1. On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and include this in the package.
  2.  Re-using the original packaging, tape the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid DPD label included in your parcel.
  3. Drop the parcel off at a DPD parcel shop of your choice. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
  4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

A return form is included in your parcel. If you no longer have this form, simply print and fill in all required information in a new form here.

If you are missing the self-adhesive return label found on the Delivery note, please contact our Customer service.
